Stadium of Le Havre (8M€): • Validation of the design of the design office, to make manufacturing of the building easier. • Team member for the selection of subcontractors according to their capabilities (size, lifting equipment, painting equipment...) and cost. • Management of the documents distribution to subcontractors. • Successively managed nearly twenty subcontractors in three different countries (France, Spain, Portugal) to best meet our contractual schedule of installation. • Writing of transportation procedures, and design of transportation equipment according to the issues of safety, international road rules and cost efficiency. • Organization of deliveries from manufacturing sites to painting sites, then finally to the installation site according to our priorities of assembling. Over two hundred trucks, which means nearly 2.7 trucks per day. • Working on the installation site to help with the deliveries and the organization. Other Subjects: • Writing of technical reference papers as feedback to the design office. • Design of a welding bench for the Portuguese shop (3D model, BOM’s, blueprints). • Welding settings research for SAW process (Submerged Arc Welding) to limit deformations on thin galvanized profiles in the Portuguese shop. • Making up of a welding training campaign (theoretical and practical), a quality control software to obtain ISO 9001 certification.
