  Chairman of the association COP3 Etudiante. The association aims to guide students in the socio-ecological transition, through student initiative. Its reason for being are to raise awareness of sustainable development, to make the ecological and social transition attractive and to encourage all generations to act. The “COP3 Étudiante” was organized on March 17, 18 and 19 in Angers, with the promise "Together, let's build the sustainable city of tomorrow" Gathering more than 2500 people, the event was composed of 3 aspects: - A festival, with concerts, artistic performances, an exhibition around Art and ecology to invent new narratives and give hope. - A careers fair for the transition, to create opportunities for students looking for meaningful jobs with a positive impact. - A COP, with round tables, conferences, discussions between stakeholders of the city. This event is the starting point for long-term actions committed to initiate this transition to more sustainable cities, by creating synergies around students, through the implementation of 3 programs for students to take action. ● mobilize the students of a city, to organize a local COP Étudiante via on-the-job learning and the creation of a multi-skilled team. ● develop a cycle of meetings with cultural actors to create new narratives on the socio-ecological transition and lead to the creation of an Art and Ecology Festival. ● promote meetings between students and economic agent and encourage them to collaborate on projects, whether educational or more tangible, including the creation of a job show. These programs are intended to be carried out every year, allowing the work of the COP3 Étudiante to be included in the long term. Show less

  Within the Operations team at Beem Energy, I had the mission to take care of new customers between their purchase and the reception and installation of their solar kit. My missions consisted in making sure that the customer was aware of what he was buying, answering his requests, whether it was on technical questions or more administrative aspects. In close collaboration with the Sales and Tech' teams of the company, I brought a technical expertise linked to customer contact, essential to keep a satisfactory customer experience. In charge of customer order tracking, logistics and invoicing as well as the implementation of continuous improvement of the tracking processes, I ensured the proper shipment of orders, within acceptable deadlines while keeping the customer informed. At the crossroads of the various departments of this young start-up, I was able to perform various tasks within the company. I propose and implement a continuous improvement of the operational processes related to the customer journey, by integrating new tools of operational management. I have greatly improved my communication and marketing skills. In contact with customers, I was able to assert myself and manage sometimes tense situations while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Accentuating my communication skills, I participated in the improvement of sales and the growth of the company, thanks to a customer experience favorable to the company's image. Show less

  Multi-skilled composite operator. My varied missions and my rather broad role made me evolve on the whole value chain of the projects of composite moulds. I was required to perform infusion operations on the molds, perform finishing operations, grinding on parts, dressing and other operations. I worked mainly on 3 projects. I was assigned to the project of manufacturing awnings for the company Bouygues Construction for the realization of a building in the district of La Défense in Paris. I was involved in the whole manufacturing process of the composite part (Mold making, draping, composite preparation, infusion, heating, demolding, finishing and grinding). I was then assigned to a new project, the realization of petals molds for observatory domes for the company (Realization of models, starification, model preparation, projection of the paste, machining, grafting, ...) The last big project was the preparation of the Silensea mast. On this mast, I carried out complex operations of preparation of testing, finishing and lamination of certain areas. I also did some additional work on various boat hulls. Through this experience, I was able to acquire a lot of knowledge on the field of composites, to realize the reality of the field, to improve my technical skills. Show less

  Seasonal job as a kitchen assistant at the bar-restaurant "Le Suroit", in Doëlan, in the Finistère region. Within a team of about ten people, I was in charge of the starters and deserts. I had to set up the kitchen stations for the service, prepare and send the starters and desserts, organize and order the different stations as well as a part of the kitchen, while carrying out the management of flows and stocks, of foodstuffs to keep a clear and precise inventory.
