Responsible for the process of establishing and managing a complete organization for receival, storage and delivery (to the installation team) of all material within Siemens scope in a large modernization and updating project where the plant Oskarshamn 2 was rebuilt to meet more stringent safety requirements and to produce more electricity. I was a part of the site management team, creating plans and strategies and acted as a lubricant within communications in different forums. During an interlude I was also managing the administration group within the site organization. Since the company I was employed by at the time also supplied the personnel and transportation equipment for the organization, I managed the purchasing of needed equipment and recruited personnel for the logistics and service organization. From february to august 2014 I had an additional role in the project as coordinator of design and layout activities, focusing on ensuring that the organization was prepared to execute a planned pre fabrication of piping components in Thailand. I evaluated suppliers of raw materials, choose supplier, exported the material to Thailand, monitored the pre frabrication process from a material logistics point of view in Thailand, and imported the finished components to Sweden.
