  During my internship in the Secretariat for Disabled People I became known with the vast majority of the many different tasks performed in a municipal staff function. Under my internship I worked on an application to the Danish PWT Foundation – (Investments in Public Welfare Technology) regarding the use of laptops in the administrative work and communication, done by social workers. The application was targeted specifically on the social workers visiting citizens who are socially disabled, or physically or mentally disabled, and therefore, under the law, qualifies for help in their own housing. The application demanded an analysis of the current situation, qualitative interviews with the social workers and meetings with the board. I also did a pre-project budget, agreements of the communication during the projects and collaberating with every party involved to secure the representation of all interests. Furthermore I did some work as an academic employee: Doing check-ups on the organizational structures and work procedures amongst other things. Show less
