  NSTF Coaching Service, an internal department of the Norwegian Student Tennis Assocation, currently has 10 employees. As Managing Director I had to develop good communicative, collaborative and leadership skills. I formulated a strategic plan to launch the venture. As Managing Director I report directly to the Board of Norwegian Student Tennis Association. As Managing Director I'm responsible for the departments administrative affairs which include budgetting and personnel responsibility. I've created a labour contract, established a salary structure, introduced and have a good understanding of our payroll system and had to invoice customers.
