Mats impact on the team since he started has been collosal. He has single handedly taken over responsibility for all client technical queries (as well as all their other queries as well!). This has directly effected the efficiency and productivity of the team and therefor the company as a whole. If we had such a title, 'Employee of the Month' would be his.
