Managed 2700 acre ranch and irrigation systems from time my parents purchased it in January of 2006 until they moved from California in June, 2006. Managed in conjunction with my family from then until 2008 when I took over operations. Fix and maintain 3 pivot irrigation systems and wells. Build and repair and design fence; and herd, vaccinate, feed, and manage cattle. Helped to implement a natural beef open paddock feedlot operation. Helped to implement a management and resource conservation plan with my family to have a sustainable agriculture system. Worked with NRCS to plant shelter belts, and continue with good conservation practices. Worked with people at other ranches and around the area to learn from their practices to improve our operation at the time.
