  Domestic planning applications including site survey, plan as existing, plan as proposed and finalised scheme including everything else needed to submit to your local council is £250. Once planning has been obtained then building regulations drawings and paperwork ready to submit to the council is a further £100. Should planning not be required then building regulations element is £250. Please ask prices for all other services, I will not be beaten on price!!
