  During March 2017 - November 2017, I sub contracted to Harixon facilities as an electrician to complete ongoing works on a new student accommodation build. The installation consisted of, tray, basket, metal and plastic conduit, 1st and 2nd fixing armoured cable, twin and earth and singles, Door access, fire alarm aov systems, and communal areas were also part of the contract.   I first started sub contracting to intoheat in April 2016 on a new installation of a student accommodation in Exeter, I saw the job almost to the end, 1st fixing and 2nd fixing the student rooms as well as 1st and 2md fixing all the communal areas. When I moved on from the student accommodation, I went down to Borringdon Hall Hotel in Plymouth where they were developing a new spa on the side of the hotel, by the time I got on site the main bulk of works was 2nd fixing lights, sockets, emergency lighting, pir's, exit signs etc, the build consisted of 2 swimming pools, a sauna, steam room, massage rooms, restaurant, hair salon, gym, disabled and non disabled toilets and a relaxation room. From Borringdon Hall, I went to the Royal Dart Hotel in Kingswear, which was a renovation of an old pub into 5 luxury apartments, again when I started the job was mainly 2nd fixing of, lights, sockets, communal areas, under floor heating, smoke alarms and communal areas.
