No periodo em que trabalhei com o Matheus na FiberHome do Brasil pude ver o profissional excelente que ele é, possui auto-controle sob situações estressantes do dia a dia prestando suporte aos ISPs de todo Brasil. O cara é fera em achar soluções rápidas de acordo com cada situação e sua delicadeza. Matheus e eu trabalhavamos em niveis diferentes, porém colaborando diariamente com a rotina de cada um para que o fluxo de atendimento sempre fluisse adequadamente. Eramos responsáveis por gerar conteúdo de suporte ao nosso time, orientar e treina-los, além do suporte técnico para clientes. É com muita satisfação que deixo aqui esse comentario sobre o Matheus.
