As a technical product manager, I was responsible for over-all solution development. Following are my job responsibilities there : Leading a cross-functional team in developing a complete IoT platform that provides micro-location information inside any closed premises using BLE devices combined with server-side algorithms. I was accountable for my contribution to the overall architecture, design, and implementation of the product. Responsible for implementing agile model using Scrum framework. Facilitated sprint planning, sprint review, and conducting the daily stand-ups for the sprint. Managing multiple solution development teams and coordinating multiple partners and customers to gather information for product roadmap management. Oversee project delivery - from creating the business case, reviewing with architectural teams to provide sizing and release planning, conducting discovery and specification workshops to identify user stories & acceptance criteria, executing sprints, release, and UAT. Also following are my responsibilities oer there Analyze customer needs and make them into requirements. Work with internal teams, including developers, engineers, Q.A, and operations. Assess new products and companies to measure their potential value. Look into competitors and conduct capability analyses regularly. Organize and implement internal and customer training on how to use the product. Answer questions related to the product and its capabilities. Evaluate and deal with technical risks. Work with data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems. Being an evangelist and subject matter expert to the community. Analyze metrics and data Create success criteria for testing and product acceptance. Being at the forefront of the creation and maintenance of product documentation.
