Working with Mateusz was a great pleasure. He agreed to conduct Design Thinking workshops during We do IT event adressed to young, ambitious people who want to set up their first start-ups. Mateusz can easily share his professional knowledge in an interesting and encouraging way. He also conducted individual consultations with each of the teams participating in We do IT. Teams received a handful of useful tips that they will use when creating their first start-ups. I can recommend Mateusz to everyone - not only a professional, but also a very nice and friendly person!

      Starting with the middle of March, I am responsible for mentoring and coaching process of Encatus WUT team as one of their mentors. The main goal of my activity is to assist every ongoing project with insights, interdisciplinary approach and tools/methods to maximize their effectiveness. In addition, I will be organizing regular training/workshops to supply all members with a constant flow of new, practical and research-based knowledge.
