Mateusz was my supervisor during my 15 month internship in Mahmoudi's lab in my Masters. He taught me the basis of every lab technique I know right know, from cell culture to sophisticated molecular techniques. He is a very organised, structured and knowledgable scientist and characterised by his out of the box thinking. He always trusted other people's capabilities and independence and his guidance led me to even get an authorship during my Masters.
