In particular with Maintenance Management Plan (MMP) contracts.Preparation and administration of contracts including organizing, filling and keep recording of all contracts (current and old) as well as update contract details to maintain the integrity of contract information. Responding to inquiries and resolving problems/issues concerning contracts and persons affected and explain contract requirements, terms and conditions etc...Liaise with local authorities, contractors, developers, builders, property managers, other professionals and clients to ensure the goals are met.Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the contracts’ status if/when require.Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organizational obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract. Supervise work by contractors and report any variations to contracts and/or projects.
