At RSC Bratislava I am part of a two men team, taking care of all of its approx. 150 employees and their IT related needs, more specifically: - First point of contact for IT related problems of RSC Bratislava employees - Troubleshooting and solving end user issues with hardware, software, printing, accesses, network - Responsible for installation and roll-out of new HW, relocation of employees, replacement of HW - Managing IT assets/inventory, end-of-life cycles, maintenance requests - Reporting and escalating broad access/network/software issues to second line - Creating temporary ID cards for employees - Handling of post and deliveries - Managing of video conferencing equipment Among my achievements at RSC I consider a successful roll-out of approx. 150 PCs/laptops during the company's transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10. This project involved HW roll-out, setup and basic introduction of users to the new and updated environment and removal of redundant HW. Also preparing whole site of RSC Bratislava to home office in tough times of Corona crisis. This procedure was related to switching all the desktops for laptops. Show less
