I got my taxes prepared by Mat and his team. When I asked him how much more I could get vs H&R Block, he said "You might be able to get as much from them, and they don't charge as much." He could have talked badly about the service, but his description about the other company was purely professional. I ended up going with his firm simply because he explained things transparently, openly, and honestly. No bull. Also, I came with a messy stack of papers, and after the filing, his team ended up putting them in a very nice folder that looked professional. This did cost more, but I felt like I got quality
