I had the pleasure of managing Mat for a number of years whilst he was at Royal Haskoning and he always evidenced the highest level of professional performance in everything that he did. In addition to being a hugely popular member of staff, Mat took on some of the more complex and demanding projects that we had during that time. His core skills lie in strategic and policy level management and planning, in particular finding the route for clients through particularly exacting regulatory regimes. Highly recommended and if anyone would like a reference then please ask.
