  Position: Laboratory Quality Assurance Engineer/ Manager In charge of quality assurance of car parts manufactured outsource using testing facilities for operation and endurance according to car manufacturer standard. Also determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow with respect to ISO 17025 requirements. Establish methods for maximum utilization of laboratory facilities and personnel in the laboratory. Develops quality assurance measures for test equipment and calibration of equipment, identify process flow bottlenecks and improve the process. Establish and assist in accident prevention measures and plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of lab operations. Provide control charts for all lab equipment, Quality manual, work instructions, procedures, forms, document control, etc. Conduct annual reports pertaining budget control, cost reduction, inventory control, laboratory record systems to top management. Implemented ISO 17025 (Laboratory Quality Management System) throughout both sister companies SAPCO/ITRAC laboratories and Calibration lab and maintain the system. Update and maintain the Quality System for all laboratories for last 15 years according to ISO\IEC 17025 requirements. Trained and certified by DAP as a lead auditor. Trained and educated other laboratory personnel to obtain ISO 17025 for their respective laboratories. Conduct subcontractors’ assessment on regular basis for last 5 years. Also worked as a team leader to implement IMS (Integrated Management System) for SAPCO, which it consists of ISO 14000 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS 18000 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) in conjunction with ISO 9000 (Quality Management System).
