  During this short experience at “Newcleo Limited” I had the opportunity to gain professional knowledge about nuclear energy, ranging from radiation theory to nuclear reactor operation and types, with detailed differences and similarities. I was introduced to the company’s project/management strategies and design ideas, which will play a central role for clean energy production and our planet’s future environmental safety. Other than technical and business-centred knowledge, I had the chance to see how the HR team worked. In addition, I got to speak and share thoughts with some of the company’s most influential members: this gave me the opportunity not only to be alongside experts but also to dive deeper inside their fascinating ideas and understand perfectly their intentions for the next 10-15 years’ time-frame.
