I started working in the tourism factory as guest's group entertainer in holidays village doing show (danced, acted and announced) and as a sport's trainer but soon (in my third season) I was promoted to team leader and after to chief. I kept contact with all guests, coming from many different country, and I managed and organized various teams along the five years I worked in this factory (the biggest one was composed by 24 people but usually was teams of 12/14 people).
