  As part of the Engineering Excellence Group, the in-house consultancy focussed on innovation, I led the development of standardized mechanical and electrical products that are pre- fabricated in off-site advanced manufacturing centres. Examples include modular boiler rooms, pump skids, horizontal distribution modules and vertical risers, complete with on-board sensors and controls allowing off-site commissioning, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
