  Estimating: Successfully estimated over $1 billion in a wide variety of projects for numerous owners. I am comfortable navigating plans and specifications for public works projects and private owners. I work with subcontractors and suppliers pre/post bid to ensure scope understanding and coverage. Project Management: Completed diverse construction projects including railroad yard expansions, environmental cleanup, underground utility and roadway projects. Successfully re-negotiated changed conditions and added work to facilitate the flow of projects. I work with field personnel to understand whether work is in scope or out of scope.
