  National Truck Availability • Weekly basis whereby I collect data from all the branches and form a KPI report showing the availability of all the trucks that where operating and the ones which had breakdowns and need repairs. OTIF Report • Receive a raw data of collections and deliveries made daily from AX system. • Then form a KPI report showing both late deliveries/collections including Ontime deliveries and collections stats including the graphs to show improvements or loses made. Fuel Consumption • Every month end I collect the odometers from all the branches for all the vehicles, both opening and closing odometer to see how many miles travelled in total. • Then divide this by gallons to get your average fuel consumption using the monthly budgeted kilometers and budgeted fuel. • Therefore, do stats for each branch send the reports so they can know how to follow their monthy budget for fuel. Vehicle expediting • Daily basis ensuring optimal execution of the daily route plan through live / integrated vehicle tracking for all site vehicles against PLATO plan addressing all variances against plan with drivers and customers & escalation where appropriate to driver debriefed. • Communicate planned delivery times to clients for following day. • Measure on time delivery and turnaround time and reporting of deviation at a customer level on daily, weekly and monthly basis. • Ensuring all failed deliveries are communicated. • Constantly liaise with customers in aim to reduce turnaround times. • Event escalations: Off route stops, Off route travel, Customer delays, Out of sequence deliveries. • Ensuring all tracking system is accurately maintained. Vehicle Transfer • Whenever the is a purchasing or transfer of a vehicle or truck from one branch to another the forms must be filled in then filled also stored on One drive. • Then assist Tracking Company called Trackmatic about the transfer so they can transfer as well on their system.
