I work in the inclusion base that supports students in a variety of different ways. The inclusion base hosts students who might be put in isolation for a day or we host internal exclusions and we also support students who might need some time outside of a classroom setting and provide interventions. In this role I work with a variety of different students through building a strong and positive relationship with them to then go on and work with them through pastoral support or academic work and providing targeted support that they might need. During this role, I worked with students with SEN and SEMH needs. I found this job extremely interesting and thoroughly loved it. Working with students is an extremely rewarding experience. During this role I learnt an endless amount of skills and to learn all about different sen needs was very interesting. During this role, I worked with students with SEN and SEMH needs. As this role I was a Swimming teacher where i taught stages 1-4 from the age range of about 4-10 years old. I really enjoyed this role where I was experiencing team work through having to communicate with parents and also other swim teachers to ensure the best possible outcome for these children.

In this role, I was a swimming teacher where I taught stages 1-4. With the younger stages I was in the pool with them helping build core strengths to be able to stay afloat in the water and help them to move on to the next stage successfully. With the stage 4's I was on poolside helping them develop their skills they had already made to succeed and to push their strength within swimming. I really enjoyed this role as it was my first insight into working with children and was very rewarding. I also had a lot of communication with parents. Show less
