1. As a group manager, currently there are 7 members in our team which take care of global cash management and treasury management systems. I interview them every 3 months to evaluate their performances to report to managements. I create a vision within our team to deliver reliable and user-friendly applications to the bank clients based in Asia and Australia.The scale of developments is approximately 150 man months ($ 1.5 million) per 3 months which means 4 builds per year. We have 50-60 developers from vendors working for our team to complete the developments. We define business and system requirements with business analysts who represent approximately 30 branches or subsidiaries of the bank based in Japan, Asia and Australia. Several projects proceed at the same time, so our team members work as project managers for them. I review all the projects and make decisions when required.I accomplished the implementation project of the global treasury management system for a banking corporation (amount: ¥400M, team members: 20-30).I analyzed the possibility of the integration of 2 global banking applications for clients based in Asia, US, South America and EMEA.
