Marci McWilliams
Mary is one the best managers I have ever worked for in my entire career. She provided to each of her direct reports what they needed based on their developmental stage. As this position was the first time I was not managing people, but rather was an individual contributer, Mary was respectful of my skills, and yet knew exactly when and what guidance I needed at any given point in time. She was a terrific manager of all of direct reports.
