MaryLynn Lodor has been one of the most effective and professional managers we have at Butler County Water & Sewer (formerly Environmental Services). I have worked with MaryLynn for several years in my capacity as the County's labor counsel, and have been consistently impressed by her intelligence, professionalism, and quick learning curve. As a manager, she modeled hard work and quality service, and demanded that from those who worked for her in the organization. She has been a true asset to the County.

While MaryLynn was with the Butler County Department of Environmental Services we worked together on a number of projects which involved her department and the Department of Development. I found her to be very knowledgable and great to work with. She was well versed in the subject matter and was a quick study on any new subject. In addition I always found her to be a team player and very pleasant. I enjoyed working with her.
