As a senior member of my team, this position allows me to cover personnel as well as project management roles within the team. I manage a small team, overseeing their workflow, and objectives ensuring timely reporting while directing clients to the appropriate resource. Additionally, I am responsible for the hiring process for replacements when the employees depart or promote.For project management, I currently oversee the delivery of monthly newsletters to the members of the CaGBC as well as the launch of new rating systems into the market creating an additional avenue of revenue.In this role I continue to manager my responsibilities under the LEED Reviewer role. As a LEED Reviewer I am responsible for the technical review of LEED certification applications. In addition to the review, I also train peers on how to conduct these reviews and oversee the quality assurance on the reviews of my peers and external contracts to ensure technical consistency. I provide technical support to aid with customer queries and am diligent as consistently looking for ways to streamline timelines and increase efficiency in the review process.
