  One of three Development Interns for the 2019 Festival Season, I was responsible for coordinating the department run schedule and managing the summer prospect call reports for the entire department. Additional responsibilities included conducting in-depth prospect research to determine viable 2019 season prospects and preparing reports and agendas for department and department-related meetings. I was integral in the preparation and execution of the department's donor benefits mailing and the end-of-season appeal. I coordinated and provided excellent patron services, including ticket acquisition and lodging arrangements, and participated as an officer at season cultivation picnics and events.   Working with two additional interns from The Cooperstown Graduate Program, I collaboratively developed activity plans and final projects for all kindergarten through sixth-grade classes to present at Museum Night, a school-wide exhibition. I facilitated activity plans in and outside the classroom throughout the 2018-2019 school year. I organized volunteers for field trips with each grade level, and coordinated special guest speakers and in-class events for select grade-level activities. I worked with my colleagues and volunteers to plan and execute the final Museum Night event and acted as a liaison with the Mayor of Cooperstown and the press on the day of the event.
