Luciana Tiberio (she/her)

Mary and I worked in different departments at Kaleidoscope Group for 2 years. In that time, I admired her ability to drop into any role, develop her colleagues and direct reports, and transform the team culture to be more effective, while simultaneously more inclusive. Due to her work in the Sales department, not only have our sales have grown tremendously, but we've also been ready and able to scale with that growth. But her role hasn't stopped there. Due to her success in that role, Mary was asked to do what she does best - she was asked to be a key leader in driving our assessment and data analysis team. It was no surprise that leaders, client contacts, key stakeholders and internal colleagues asked for her by name soon after she started in this role. Her deep experience in this field, keen intuition, innate and nurtured skills that help her identify critical trends in large amounts of data, and her ability to translate data into key business and cultural insights that impact strategic decisions are truly unique. It's for the reasons above that I also asked her to be my mentor, a decision that I will never regret. Her thoughtful guidance, experience and tutelage have already been invaluable. Thank you, Mary, for your passion, creativity and collaboration.

Mary's ability to tell the story behind the data is exactly what is needed for Executives and D&I Professionals in any organization. She will always hold true to the integrity of the data/assessment and articulate the results so that all audiences can receive it. Great "Data Translator" especially at the executive level!
