Marygrace is an exceptional property manager who demonstrates the skills and knowledge necessary to operate large apartment communities within a portfolio. Her work at Colony Of Stone Mountain is a testimony to that point. Colony of Stone Mountain is in excess of 400 units very difficult from a physical and demographic standpoint. Yet, Marygrace generated years of success while managing the property. It is with great pleasure I endorse Marygrace!
