During the last 15 years I have worked on a range of large-scale organisational change programs including complex system implementations, business mergers and integrations and organisational transformations. More recently, I have worked with organisations such as the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Tabcorp, ActewAGL, Melbourne Airport, Pillar Administration (Mercer), ME Bank, Energy Australia, NAB, ANZ to deliver: • Enterprise change management office, including the operating model and organisational design • Establish and lead change management teams, change framework, methodology and toolkit, ensuring alignment with the project delivery and governance frameworks • Structured enterprise wide change portfolio management approach and set of tools for understanding, evaluating and managing the portfolio of change and the cumulative impact of the changes on the people • End to end change management to support the successful delivery of culture, organisational redesign, process and system transformation programs • Culture change programs driven through structured assessment, design and professional project management • Organisational redesign, transition planning and execution • Change leadership coaching and development
