Maryanne is a joy to work with. She's been a professional throughout the years i've known here. She's a highly skilled teacher, with a keen awareness of the latest pedagogy. But her greatest strength is herself. She is such a warm, positive, and supportive colleague. No job or task is too much for her. She willingly gives up her time to support students, put on extra clubs, mentor sports teams, or work on collaborative planning. She's also has an emotional awareness that I lacked as her line manager. She's a worker that puts the team before herself - she isn't happy until everyone is happy. She has taught me the importance of putting the wellbeing first. She has simply been invaluable to the faculty. A brilliant leader in the making. Thank you for being a part of my life, and enriching every day.
