Maryann was the best supervisor of my Air Force career. She inspired me to perform at my best, but more importantly, I was able to watch her do this with my fellow officers. That was probably the best leadership learning experience of my active duty career. Watching her successfully deal with the political and technical challenges of a $3B+ acquisition was invaluable training as well. She was a pleasure to work for during the two-plus years I had the privilege to be assigned under her.

I had the pleasure of working with Colonel Watson, for three years, while on exchange with the USAF. Col Watson is a result-focused leader who is adept at balancing the objectives of her organization with caring for her staff. Her no-nonsense, patient approach made her staff feel valuable and comfortable voicing their ideas. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Col Watson, again, in the future.
