My philosophy is to truly help Home Sellers by stepping up Realtor services with my Hands-On Staging, and extensive Marketing/Sales skills/background. I became a Realtor as I saw a great need for these skills with so many homes that were in need of being shown and marketed so much better. Simply put, I help put the homes "best face" forward so a Seller may obtain the highest price possible in the shortest amount of time. I supply small furnishings/accessories free when listing with me, and can offer affordable rental furniture - delivered, set up - great for helping hard-to-sell vacant homes. (NOTE: it's never too early to begin preparation you home for the selling process!) Also offering unique services to Home Buyers for getting acquainted with the market, neighborhoods and making an informed decision on a home they'll love, Including negotiating on their behalf to attain the best price possible. I offer a plethora of market/listing statistics, home comparison spreadsheets, as well as a Stager/Designer's help to envision a home designed to their taste. Also I set up detailed, Automated Home Searches (in e-mail) that are preset for a Buyer's very specific needs. Show less
