The Budgetary recommendations are submitted to Ministry of Industries and Production, Ministry of Finance, Federal Board of Revenue and Ministry of Finance. • Forecasting and developing technical papers related to international trade to enhance SMEs exports and its integration to global value chain. • Forecast and research regional economic development and policy changes through reports and technical papers to devise future course of action for local SMEs. • Providing research based SME specific inputs for various federal policies of national interest such as Industrial Policy, Investment Policy, Labor Policy and Textile policy. • Developing research papers based on the application of economic theory and knowledge by applying research methodology and statistical models to analyze primary and secondary data to draw inferences for policy makers and researchers to improve SME efficiency and competitiveness. • Development of investment proposals/ projects for economic collaboration with various countries/ regions such as Central Asian Countries, SAARC nations and European Union.
