I had the extreme pleasure of hiring and working with Mary as part of the NA Lean Transformation team. Mary's skills in project management, coaching, mentoring and consulting were second to none. Her people and relationship skills are the best. I wish that I could "bottle" the enthusiasm and energy that Mary exudes---for it is infectious and positively affects everyone around her. Organizations thrive when they have people like Mary on the team, and I look back on her hiring as one of the best in my career. If given the opportunity, I would gladly work with Mary again.
