I had the pleasure of working with Mary on a very large engagement at Deltek. Our client was URS. Our main goal was to help reduce the costs of maintaining multiple systems and to create an infrastructure to support the organization and sustain future business growth. With the assistance of 22 consultants and 11 million dollar budget, URS teamed with us to successfully deploy Deltek products within the 7,500 employee LSI Division. Our team completed the 1st and 2nd phases of the 2 ½ year implementation, by converting two business units from their legacy system to Deltek products. This represented an additional 8,000 to the 55,000 employees of URS. (URS Corporation is the largest global engineering design firm and a leading U.S. federal government contractor in the world, providing a comprehensive range of professional planning, design, systems engineering and technical assistance, program and construction management, and operations and maintenance services). As a Principal Consultant and team leader, Mary exuded leadership, organization and detail. Mary's knack for working well under pressure was the cornerstone to a lot of the success that she brought to our project team. Her role was (and is) very demanding and requires constant multitasking and organization. She dealt with the pressure of the job and atmosphere extremely well. Even through the pressured times, Mary always seemed organized and calm at managing the high demand of clients, both internally and externally. I would not only recommend Mary, but it would be a privilege to work along side her again!!
