Glow Superfood became my passion after I trained as a chef and a holistic health coach in Chicago. I was intrigued by the trend of plant-based eating & wellness and was inspired to create a product that we could all indulge in (guilt-free). Glow is the melding of my two passions: food & health. The superfood packed dessert has 10 species of organic mushrooms, botanical adaptogens, healthy fats, a low glycemic index, and is made solely from our fruits of the earth.
