Maintain full control of ownership status, and ensure that all ALOM owned inventory is current, and that customer approved it. • Maintain accurate information in ERP • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, involving the proper ALOM staff. • Ensure that the customer relationship is profitable, and alert sales manager if there is doubt about the profitability.
