All aspects of day-to-day account management as well as support of strategic account management. Internal and external project management. Goal is to maintain or increase customer satisfaction while optimizing company profit. • Determine customer needs (inventory level, delivery, turn-around, product requirements, reporting etc.) and use proper process to communicate them to the rest of the organization, and ensure that they are met; alert management and outside account manager to any needs or expectations which cannot be met. • Ensure proper documentation of customer interface and transactions; ensure accuracy of the assembly instructions and first articles and other documentation; ensure that relevant information from the customer is passed onto the ALOM staff in a timely, clear, succinct and professional manner following ALOM processes and work instructions. • Alert account executive to any changes which might affect the long-term relationship whether negatively or positively, including new business opportunities. • Alert management of any changes in customer requirements which may impact resources (inventory levels, production requirements, payment problems). • Actively measure customer satisfaction. • Procure materials as needed for turnkey or partial turnkey customers. Maintain full control of ownership status, and ensure that all ALOM owned inventory is current, and that customer approved it. • Maintain accurate information in ERP • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, involving the proper ALOM staff. • Ensure that the customer relationship is profitable, and alert sales manager if there is doubt about the profitability.
