Draft negotiated language changes for ratification and draft final copy for ratification. • Conduct workshops and training sessions for faculty/coaches engaged in, or who may become engaged in, processing grievances, negotiations or implementing contractual issues. • Direct support staff in creating and maintaining case and negotiation records • Process and investigate laments and grievances and prepare cases for arbitration. * Appointed to negotiation team for State System and APSCUF for contract bargaining .
