  As Practice Manager for Maine Cardiology Associates I provided leadership,direction and management oversight for all of its practice operations and business matters for each of its locations throughout the State of Maine . This stewardship included staff supervision, daily operations, physician recruitment and contracting, employee benefit plan design and administration, product procurement, marketing and facility planning and maintenance. I supervised leadership staff for the Finance, Operations and HR departments as well as the site managers for each of the regional offices. I collaborated with the Physician owners to drive strategy and planning for each office location including: investment, physician and staff recruitment , contracting,and the development and credentialing of expanded clinical services and diagnostic laboratory capabilities. I proactively sought out quality recognition programs and worked directly with staff and physicians to identify and deploy best practices for improved workflows. I participated fully in the practice's multi year integration efforts and played a key role in the due diligence processes resulting in the successful integraton of the practice with Maine Health January 29, 2012.
