  At the beginning of 2013, Mary established ROM Resources along with Mark Biggs. During this first year Mary audited the databases and data of four (4) major projects from a company take-over, highlighting major deficiencies and missing information required to meet the new Company’s internal standards and 2012 JORC. She then began the process of correcting and validating the first project, bringing it up to comply with the company’s requirements. In 2014, Mary led ROM Resources team of geologists in Tenure Management for a small mining house overseeing all statutory compliance for sixteen (16) EPC’s, including Annual Reports and Partial Relinquishments ensuring the company met all their commitments and requirements. During 2015, Mary created hazard plans for an open-cut mining company in the cad package Draftsight as well as maintaining four (4) Minescape GDB databases for various companies. She created graphical borehole summary templates and cross sections in the software Strater. Mary also assisted in the reinterpretation of Seismic data in the SeisWin software package. Mary has extensive experience in delivering geological and management services to the coal and mining industries for projects in Australia.
