      Executive Recruitment brought "in-house" in 2008, and I was hired as the first internal executive recruiter for this $3B Healthcare System. Our team functions as a full service internal "retained executive search firm." Partners with hiring executives and committees for the management of full cycle recruitment of system level senior and executive leader candidates. Serves as an internal consultant on each search engagement to the respective hiring executive, and ensures that candidates are fully qualified and prepared for the interview and selection process. Conduct full cycle search work including stakeholder interviews; job specification development; original candidate research, sourcing, development, recruitment; scheduling; interview team (s) coordination; referencing; assessment testing; offer process; and relocation services. Our internal team has saved over $3m in search fees, reduced search cycle time and created a data base of thousands of passive executive candidates.
