      I manage the lab of and do research for Dr. Paul S Cohen. The research involves the use of various standard molecular biological techniques to study and compare the nutritional programs that commensal, probiotic and pathogenic strains of E. coli use when colonizing the mouse intestine. In addition to working on my own research projects, I also teach all of the laboratory techniques to the students and postdocs in the lab and monitor their progress.
