I have known Mary for almost 12 years when I first join ICC Saudi Arabia , she was my guide and the perfect example to make everyone love to work with, also she pays a special attention to us when approach ICC for any issues and queries, in simple words she is the correct person to be in her position.

Mary Kelly has been my Director at the International Chamber of Commerce for a bit over a year. Upon my arrival at ICC, Mary had just finished managing a consensus driven, inter-departmental team of colleagues toward the successful launch of a new organizational website. This is a significant accomplishment given the size of our organization, the complexity of the services we provide and our overarching objectives. The fruit of her labor, the new ICC website, I inherited. Goal oriented and solutions focused, Mary's management style is strategic in nature with critical advice, counsel and guidance provided at key junctures. When approached for clarification, additional information or assistance, Mary's keen insight and experience comes to shine. Not only does she direct the outcome of the situation but she also opens additional avenues for exploration that may have gone unconsidered. Eager to encourage the further growth of her employees, Mary is not shy to give additional responsibility and oversight. I have personally found significant room for professional development while working with her. By no means does she micro-manage. I have found this to be a refreshing and motivating aspect of my time working at ICC. For these reasons, I know Mary will continue to succeed as a leader and manager. Her strategic focus, management style and attention to detail are assets to any team that has her at the helm.
