  Associate to the Director of the Police Academy. I work with the state website (MCOLES) for the police academy recruits entering their grades, personal information, attendance, tests and more. I put together the police academy graduation for approx. 500 people doing everything from setting up the invitations, scripts, programs, and the VIP reception. I have made a variety of spreadsheets for keeping track of the recruit's grades, GPA, spelling scores, attendance etc. Organize the police recruit interviews, i.e. mailing, set-up interview schedule, and set-up student files etc. Put together police application paperwork and instructor handouts for the classroom. Order office supplies, answer phones and help the potential student by answering their questions about the police academy. Work with the Registration Department, Student Accounts Department, Cashiers Department, Bookstore, Advising Department, VA Department and Records Department on behalf of the students.
