Mary is a very impressive young lady! Whilst having the pleasure to work with her over the Summer it became abundantly clear she will be very successful in whatever career path she undertakes. Whilst working as a Welfare Leader she consistently went above and beyond the call of duty, earning a promotion within a matter of weeks. She was exceptionally popular with all the students and her colleagues, could always be relied upon, was meticulous in everything she did and demonstrated the ability to use her initiative in very challenging situations with very little training. If you're interviewing Mary my advice would be to snap her up before someone else does!

UOTC Officer Cadet

May 2018 - Mar 2019
As an officer cadet in the Tayforth UOTC, I was taught much of the skills and attitudes to become an officer in the Army. From weapons handling and shooting, to drill and navigation. So, it provides leadership training but also a focus on the importance of teamwork. Welfare Leader
-
Jul 2018 - Jul 2018
I was highlighted as a "high performer" in 2018 and was promoted to Senior Welfare Leader within a week. Ardmore Language Schools have various centers across the UK in which children from across the globe spend a few weeks in order to better their English through lessons and activities. I was a Welfare Leader and thus was responsible for the overall safety and happiness of the children. This largely involved meeting them daily to ensure they are happy, waking them up and putting them to bed, and also helping to run activities and excursions. Moreover, I helped with first aid and also disciplinary issues. Show less
