  Assisted in developing a CRM system called BrokerCRM which is installed in over 200 broker offices throughout Ireland. Created a number of ASP.NET web services which were used to carry out complex financial quotations and return the results in XML. These calculations were done using SQL Server stored procedures. Developed a C# Windows Forms Application to integrate with different third party web services.Completed installations and upgrades including configuring SQL Server 2005 and resolving any installation problems or database connection issues. Provided email and phone support to clients. Managed a number of projects with some of the major Life Assurance providers in Ireland in order to provide links between BrokerCRM and their own web based software.Undertook imports for legacy data to BrokerCRM from a number of different systems.

  Worked as part of a team to develop an ASP/COM+ application for Windows 2000 with a SQL Server 2000 backend. Assisted in upgrades and eventually solely oversaw upgrade and installation of system. Primary responsibilities for product enhancement. Face to face interaction with the client, analysing their requirements and ensuring satisfaction with the ongoing progress of the project. Assisted in development of a VB based application used in the mining industry to analyse and process mining statistics and data. The application was written in VB5 with MS Access as the backend db.Research into Neural Networks. Research into other potentially competing products.Worked under contract on an ASP/VB application which used Oracle as the backend db.
