LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and SAC (Substance Abuse Counselor). Department of Veterans Affairs: La crosse Vet Center. EMDR Therapist. The goal of the Vet Center program is to provide a broad range of counseling, outreach and referral services to eligible Service Members to assist them in making a positive post deployment readjustment to life. We provide Bereavement Services and counseling to male or female service members who experienced sexual assault and/or sexual harassment.
